At Breezora, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help make the process as simple as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us before returning your order so we can confirm availability and provide further instructions.
Our Sustainability Commitment
For home textiles and clothing products, returned items that meet hygiene and safety standards will not be resold. Wherever possible, these products will instead be donated to charitable organisations, helping to reduce unnecessary waste and support local communities.
We believe every return should have the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items.
- Made-to-order or personalised products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged through normal wear or misuse.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and photographs where applicable. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Postage
- Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong product, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

- Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
- Product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen and device settings.
