Made-to-Order & Large Items
Made-to-order products such as custom curtains and blinds, as well as large items including mattresses and compressed sofas, require additional preparation time. These items typically take 14–18 business days to process before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, courier delays, or peak shopping periods.
